Focus Seed Product Brief

Status: historical release reference. Superseded for active product decisions by docs/product-current-baseline.md.

No billing SDK.
No analytics SDK.
No push notifications.

No Korean, Japanese, EU/EEA-specific, or other regional localization in V1.

Region Strategy

Focus Seed is designed as a global product, but V1 should launch in a controlled English-first set of markets instead of every country.

Recommended first countries/regions for production or closed testing:

United States
Canada
Australia
New Zealand
Singapore
India
Philippines
Malaysia

Defer EU/EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, South Korea, Japan, Brazil/LATAM, and MENA until localization, privacy wording, cultural QA, and any monetization requirements are reviewed for those regions.

Future Revenue Path

V2/V3: optional low-interruption ads after retention validation.
V4/V5: one-time unlock or subscription for advanced statistics, premium themes, widgets, and backup/sync.
Free core loop remains usable.
