Focus Seed is a private, offline-first focus timer, habit tracker, and one-minute reflection app for people who want a quiet daily productivity loop without accounts, feeds, or setup friction.

- No-op monetization and analytics interfaces.

- English-only UI and store listing for the first launch wave.

- No real ad SDK.
|

- No billing SDK.
|
|
- No analytics SDK.

|
- No push notifications.
|
|
- No sensitive permissions.

|
- No Korean, Japanese, EU/EEA-specific, or other regional localization in V1.

## Region Strategy
|
|
|
|
Focus Seed is designed as a global product, but V1 should launch in a controlled English-first set of markets instead of every country.
|
|
|
|

- V2/V3: optional low-interruption ads after retention validation.

- V4/V5: one-time unlock or subscription for advanced statistics, themes, export templates, widgets, and backup/sync.
